 Hello, my name is Alicja Dobrowolska, owner of Integro Deli. I came to America 16 years ago and after 2 years of working for someone else, I decided to work for myself and I opened Integro. Now we have thousands of customers and provide over 1000 products from Poland, Germany, Russia, France and other European countries. We also prepare many homemade dishes from my own recipes.
Catering is a big part of Integro’s business and I am the chief cook for that too. All the way back to my Great Grandmother, we have been cooks. My Grandmother used to cook for 200 people a day at a resort on the coast of Poland and I still use some of her recipes.
